Your photos and codes are kept in the app's private storage on your phone. We run no server for the app and never receive them. Text is read on the device by Google's ML Kit, which sends Google technical usage metrics, never your images or the text it reads.

The obvious questions
Does Enter Rewards redeem codes for me?
No. It helps you read, organize, copy and keep track of codes. You enter each code on the program's own website, which handles sign-in, eligibility and redemption.
Can I take more than one picture?
Yes. New photos are added to the same batch, and a code that shows up in several photos is merged into one entry.
What if a character is hard to read?
The app flags it and shows a close-up from your photo beside the code so you can correct it quickly.
Do you store my codes?
We don't. Codes and photos are stored only on your phone, in the app's private storage, and you can delete batches in the app. If Android backup is turned on, Android may include the app's data in your Google account backup. The privacy policy has the details.
Does it need an internet connection?
Not for scanning. The text reader is built into the app. You'll need a connection to enter codes on a program's website.
How much does it cost?
Enter Rewards will be free to download. Scanning is free: every photo is read in full and you see every code it finds. Your first 3 codes to copy are free too, so you can check that it read your own codes right. A one-time $4.99 unlock, bought through Google Play, lets you copy every code after that. No subscription and no ads.
Is there an iPhone version?
No. Enter Rewards is an Android app, and it isn't on Google Play yet.
